1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bd322 platform — including the website at bd322.net, any associated mobile applications, and all services made available through the platform — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bd322 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bd322 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any posted updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

bd322 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure you remain in compliance.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by bd322, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, badminton, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino, slots, dice games, virtual sports, and any promotional or loyalty programmes operated by the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active bd322 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a resident of or are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited under applicable law;
• You are accessing the platform for personal recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any third party;

bd322 conducts age and identity verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. bd322 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend account access pending the completion of identity verification.

3 Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on bd322. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. bd322 accepts no liability for account issues arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your bd322 account credentials, including your username and password. bd322 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or OTP code by any means. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bd322 immediately at [email protected]. bd322 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials or has shared them with a third party.

Account Verification (KYC)

bd322 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the relevant Player's account has been fully verified. KYC may also be triggered at any point during a Player's account lifetime, including after a significant winning event. Players who refuse to complete KYC verification will be unable to withdraw funds from their account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

bd322 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bd322 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (subject to the minimums imposed by the selected payment method).
• Deposits are credited to your bd322 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bd322 reserves the right to request proof of the payment method used for any deposit.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes. bd322 is not a financial institution and accounts must not be used for the purpose of holding or transferring funds without gaming activity.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Standard processing is completed within 1–3 business days. Delays may occur during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• bd322 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large withdrawal requests, including requests for source of funds documentation.
• Any withdrawal request found to involve funds that have not been subject to a minimum level of genuine betting activity may be reduced or declined at bd322's discretion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bd322 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal specials. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, which shall be read in conjunction with this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. bd322 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap unless otherwise stated. Where a cap applies, it is clearly disclosed in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

Bonus Abuse

bd322 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematically low-margin wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers, and the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance and any winnings derived from it forfeited, and their account may be suspended or permanently closed.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

General Betting Rules

All bets placed on bd322's sports betting markets are subject to the platform's general betting rules and to any sport-specific rules published for the relevant market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules. It is your responsibility to ensure that your bet selections are correct before confirming your bet slip. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by bd322, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• bd322 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any Player at its sole discretion, including imposing per-market, per-event, or per-day maximum payout limits.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet.
• In-play betting markets are subject to delays and suspension at any time during an event. bd322 is not responsible for bets that are not placed due to a market suspension.
• Where a market result is voided (for example, due to event cancellation or abandonment), the stake is returned to the Player's account at the applicable void rule, as stated in the relevant sport rules.

Casino and Slots Rules

All casino games available on bd322 — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other providers — are governed by the rules of the individual game and the return-to-player (RTP) rates certified by the relevant software provider. bd322 does not alter the game mechanics of any third-party provided game.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game provider's technical failover procedures. Where a game round cannot be completed, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's account. bd322 is not liable for any interruption to gaming caused by network failure on the Player's side.

Palpable Errors

bd322 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, odds that were the result of a technical error, human input error, or data feed failure and that do not reflect the genuine market price. Players who knowingly exploit palpable error odds may have their accounts suspended. bd322 will exercise this right reasonably and transparently, and will notify affected Players of any voided bets within a reasonable timeframe.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd322 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to use the platform if you are under the age of 18.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account under any name or with any payment method.
• Fraudulent activity: Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; or misrepresenting personal information during registration or KYC.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets using information that is not publicly available, or participating in any arrangement to fix the outcome of a sporting event.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional offer.
• Money laundering: Using the bd322 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine personal gaming activity.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Arbitrage exploitation: Systematically placing bets at bd322 as part of a broader arbitrage strategy designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to bd322 without first contacting bd322 support to resolve the issue.
• Abuse of staff: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications at bd322 customer support staff or other platform users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by bd322

bd322 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive behaviour;
• Receipt of a lawful instruction from a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or financial institution;
• Where the Player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• Where continued operation of the account presents a risk to bd322, other Players, or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed by bd322 due to a breach of Terms, any bonus funds, free bet credits, or pending withdrawals that are the subject of the breach investigation may be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation. Verified real-money balances that are not subject to any dispute will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bd322 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any outstanding balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform the support team — we can apply a self-exclusion or cooling-off period instead if that better suits your situation.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. bd322 will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the total remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.
